  • During your first appointment, the dentist will determine if Invisalign is appropriate for your specific needs.

    A digital scan, x-rays and photographs of your teeth will be taken. All the information is sent to Invisalign where a custom-made treatment plan is developed.

  • The custom-made treatment plan shows a 3D simulation of the expected changes during treatment This 3D-smile simulation allows you to get a sneak preview of what your new smile could look like.

  • Once your aligners arrive, we will place the attachments on your teeth. We will give you your first set of aligners and make sure they fit properly.

    For aligners to be effective, they must be worn 22 hours a day. This requires a lot of discipline.

    Every 4-6 weeks, we schedule and monitor the progression.
    Every 7-10 days you will have to put in a new set of aligners.

  • Wearing Invisalign still requires thorough cleaning of the teeth at least twice a day. Because aligners are removable, brushing the teeth is easier than wearing fixed braces.

    The aligners need to be removed during meals. Aligners also need to be cleaned with a toothbrush and cold water.

  • The cost of Invisalign varies depending on the complexity of the case.
